        正值暑期，不少家長在網上分享假日郊遊樂，「掘蜆戰績」更是熱門話題！區議員指今年海蜆大造，最近假日有近千人到海灘摸蜆。但環團指市民在海灣大規模挖掘，家庭樂隨時演變成生態災難。

  （轉載）筆者媽媽是一名家庭主婦，每天也會由家踏單車到街市買菜，由於媽媽左手有舊患的關係，不能拿重物，因此媽媽的單車前後裝有一個大菜籃，她踏著單車便能輕易運貨。為免影響途人，媽媽到了街市後，會邊推單車邊買菜，如果要到了人多的地方，媽媽會將菜鎖在單車尾籃，再走進街市買菜。
