“Greengoer” is a tertiary student’s environmental leadership training programmes under “Student Environmental Protection Leader Training Scheme (SEPLS)”. With the initiative and support from Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC), ecobus organizes this 8-month environmental leadership training scheme which is dedicated to tertiary students. Greengoer aims to foster global citizenship among tertiary students and to train them to be future leaders with visions in environmental conservation and sustainable development. Around 40 tertiary students who are concerned about the environment will be selected. Participants will receive extensive trainings including workshops, seminars, field visits and training camp in order to equip themselves with relevant knowledge and experience. Additionally, mentors who has great experience from different environmental fields will be assigned to the participants. The participants will have first-hand experience on social environmental campaign via interactions with the mentors. Later, participants will organize green activities with secondary school teachers and students themed as “Green Community Actions” (GCAs) and will advocate environmental protection via two “Green Public Events” (GPEs) that they will organize.

For this year 2019-20, the participants will have chance to carry out research about overseas green innovation and initiatives for selected environmental problems. The best research will be selected and the outstanding team will be awarded an overseas trip in the summer 2020. Overall, the outstanding Greengoers will be selected upon the completion of training and will be sponsored to have 2-3 months oversea internship in green NGOs of Southeast Asian Region.

Greengoer為大專學生的環境培訓計劃，是「學生環境領袖訓練計劃」的其中一個項目，由環境運動委員會發起及支持，ecobus生態巴士策劃及主辦。此計劃的目的是培養大專學生作為地球公民的意識，並訓練他們成為以環境保育與可持續發展為願景的領導者。此計劃將為期8個月，招收40名對環境保護工作有熱誠的大專院校學生。參加者將會接受一連串有關環保的訓練，包括工作坊、研討會、野外考察和訓練營等，以提升相關知識和技巧。此外，參加者將參與師友計劃，導師具有本地綠色團體工作經驗。參加者將通過與導師的互動，增加綠色社會運動的經驗。隨後，參加者將與中學老師及學生合作策劃以「綠色社區行動」為主題的活動，並將通過舉辦「綠色社區活動」來倡導環境保護。

對於2019-20年，參加者將有機會開展海外綠色研究，探討創新和針對特定環境問題的研究。表現出色的小組將於2020年夏季，獲得海外實地考察的機會。於整個環境培訓計劃，表現最皆的參加者將在培訓後選為「Outstanding Greengoers」，「Outstanding Greengoers」將獲得贊助為期2–3個月於東南亞地區的非政府組織的海外實習。

Participants with at least 80% attendance and successful completion of the scheme will be awarded a certificate from ECC

Green Community Actions (GCAs) 綠色社區行動

Participants will organize green activities with secondary school teachers and students themed as “Green Community Actions” (GCAs). GCAs cover four aspects, including: (1) Waste Management, (2) Biodiversity, (3) Climate Change, and (4) Others.
參加者將與中學老師及學生合作策劃以「綠色社區行動」為主題的活動。「綠色社區行動」涵蓋四大範疇：（1）廢物管理，（2）生物多樣性，（3）氣候變化，及（4）其他。

Green Publicity Event 綠色公眾活動

Participants will organize two green publicity events in the community. Participants will gain hands-on experience and skills on event planning, event management and promoting green initiatives to general public.

參加者將會在社區組織兩次綠色宣傳活動，向大眾推廣環保或保育。參與者將獲得有關活動策劃，活動管理以及向公眾宣傳綠色計劃的實踐經驗和技能。

Overseas Green Research海外綠色研究

Greengoers will be arranged in groups to conduct an overseas green research. Greengoers will be guided to explore overseas green innovation, initiatives and technologies and to review their feasibility for adoption in Hong Kong from various aspects such as economic viability, social environment. Any necessary facilitation or hindrance in adopting these measures in Hong Kong will be identified. By the end of the research, they will be required to propose an exchange tour to further study the relevant green innovation. The best proposal will be selected and executed or formed as the basis of the overseas trip and the outstanding greengoers will be sponsored to join.

參加者將分組進行海外綠色研究。參加者將探討海外綠色創新、政策及技術，並從不同方面如經濟可行性、社會環境等研究於香港實行的可行性，亦會找出任何所需要配合的措施或可能遇到的困難。研習後，參加者須要提交一份為期一星期的劃計書，更深入了解有關綠色創新。我們會選出最佳的計劃書，並會根據它舉辦海外考察，而表現出色的隊伍將獲資助參與。

Mentorship Programme 師友計劃

Through interacting with mentors from different areas in the field of environment, participants are able to enhance their understanding of environmental works

參加者透過與投身於不同環保領域的人士接觸和交流，提升對環保工作的了解

Application 報名方法

Online application (https://forms.gle/Z4mBDmHhXHU333F18) is open until 15 Sep 2019 (Sun) 17:00. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview, which will be arranged from 25 to 28 Sept. Successful participants are required to pay a deposit of HKD$500. Deposits will be refunded upon successful completion of the training scheme with at least 80% attendance.

由即日起至2019年9月15日（星期日）下午五時前，大專院校學生可於網上提交申請(https://forms.gle/Z4mBDmHhXHU333F18)。參加者經遴選後將獲邀參加面試，面試將會安排在2019年9月25至28日進行。獲取錄的參加者需繳付港幣五百元按金。參加者需成功完成訓練計劃，而出席率達八成或以上，將獲全額退還按金。
